Kudu Health provides an offline-first primary healthcare platform designed to help healthcare facilities deliver reliable care even when network connectivity is limited. Our services include web-based tools, mobile applications, and related support services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to: use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or use our services to transmit spam or other unsolicited communications.

Our services are designed to support healthcare professionals but do not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made by qualified healthcare professionals. We are not responsible for any medical outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
